I recently stayed at an aparthotel in a nice calm area, surrounded by beautiful old villas and with a park literally on the doorstep. It's outside of the downtown, but it's easy to get to downtown via tram. The room was spacious and clean, with a well-equipped kitchenette. The bathroom was also clean and nice-looking. The staff was friendly and the breakfast offered a large selection of fresh food. it was a pleasant stay.

The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It's convenient to have the #12 tram right on the doorstep, making it easy to explore the old town of Dresden. The staff are friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. The rooms are well-equipped with comfortable beds and a kitchenette, perfect for a longer stay.

Easy to reach by public transport, with the tram stops right in front of the hotel. Convenient location, with close proximity to the city center and easy access to the beautiful residential area. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, with a lovely breakfast room and friendly staff.
